Am permit

After having passed the theoretical exam, you can take the practical exam; it is a skill test or maneuvers in a closed circuit: starting from a standstill you have to pass between two painted stripes at 25 cm from each other during 6 meters of travel, without stepping on them. Once you have done this, without stepping on those lines and in a space of 4 meters, you start a slalom of 5 markers that you must avoid alternatively, starting from the right, without running over, displacing or knocking down any of them, without leaving the lane and without putting your foot on the ground; and, once you have done this, you accelerate, get into second gear or reach at least 30 km/h -if it is an automatic vehicle- and brake within the marks on the ground.

Obtaining the AM motorcycle license enables you to drive mopeds, either 2 or 3-wheeled, up to 50cc. This type of vehicles are also known as light mopeds, due to their low power and light weight.
To obtain your moped license you need to pass 2 exams: a theoretical and a practical one.  The theoretical exam has 20 multiple-choice questions, of which you can only fail 2 or you will have to repeat it.  The practical exam for obtaining the moped license takes place in a closed circuit. There are two compulsory tests that you will be asked to take:
Our practice track is near the Olympic Stadium and the Alamillo Park, in the Cartuja. There we have a circuit similar to the one you will find on the day of the exam, where you will be able to practice all the maneuvers.

In any subject there are always some issues that generate more doubts and misunderstandings. And road training is no exception. A few weeks ago we indicated which were the ten most failed questions in the preparatory tests for the theoretical test of driving B and now we do the same with those of the motorcycle license (A1 and A2). In both cases, the information has been provided by the training division of the consulting firm Pons Seguridad Vial, based on the thousands of exams answered by users of its online platform Pons Go during the state of alarm.
The company has not only made a selection of the 10 most failed questions, but has also interpreted the reasons behind so many errors and has pointed out the keys to solve them. However, before going on to indicate them, it is worth explaining which vehicles allow driving A1 and A2 licenses.
The former refers to motorcycles (with or without sidecar) with a maximum cylinder capacity of 125 cm3, a maximum power of 11 kW and a power/weight ratio of 0.1 kW/kg maximum. The second corresponds to motorcycles (with or without sidecar) with a maximum power of 35 kW and a power/weight ratio of 0.2 kW/kg maximum and not derived from a vehicle with more than twice its power. Obtaining this license implies the granting of the A1 license.
